Good Morning Family and Friends,
Life is Good...I have been living life...I have been soaking up everything that life has to offer...the beach,going to farmers market,going out to dinner with friends,running...lot of running...and some more running...walking the dogs,bbq's,and even working.
It is just regular life that I have been appreciating...Life is a beautiful gift.
My health is good..I just got my reminder letters from the Cancer peeps reminding me it is time for my check up in oct..i felt like i was just there in May and now they are saying hey it is time to come back a few months away..for now i'm just going to not think of cancer checks ups and continue my regular life..
I never thought regular life would be so appealing..some people complain..I have to go to the grocery store..I have to mow the lawn(i would maybe complain about this), I have to clean the house...I have to drive the kids to pracice..I don't have enought time in the day.....i embrace regular life..regular life means your are living and you are not dead....
Take the time to embrace your regular life..somewhere between the chores..the tiredness..you will find a moment of..i'm healthy..I have time on my side..i have a chance to make someone smile today...I can help someone in need..i can appreciate the weather(even if it's hot)I can go for a walk..be present in this life!
I hope you are all soaking up this great journey...I could never imagined that regular life could bring me so much joy:)
